Ford’s Faves: Dirty Projectors, The National

Ford's Faves

Every Friday, in-house music aficionado and buyer Tim Ford graces us with his musings on the best releases of the week. Can’t get enough? He’s also somehow still allowed to run our Instagram — check it.

Faves for July 13, 2018:

Dirty Projectors

Lamp Lit Prose

This is one of the bands you can get away with being a pretentious crap and saying “you wouldn’t get it,” because they are a little…off.

But I think they are one of the best pop bands going today.

Boxer: Live in Brussels

If you think The National are a bit of a buzzkill, I would have to concede.

But I love this band and the live album gives it that extra energy that won’t make you fall asleep while you’re having your daily drive home-cry.
