Which Sunrise stores sell tickets?
All Sunrise stores have Ticketmaster
outlets except Cloverdale Mall, Eglinton Square and Cataraqui
Centre.
Is the Ticketmaster outlet in the store open the same hours
as the store? Generally, the Ticketmaster outlet closes half
an hour before the store for administrative reasons. Sunrise
Ticketmaster outlets are closed on Sunday. Exact hours for
each outlet can be found by clicking on the Sunrise location
name on our store list page.
What do I need to do in order to pick up tickets at Sunrise which I ordered online at Ticketmaster?
Bring your confirmation number,
which you should have printed from the Ticketmaster site when
you ordered your tickets; also bring a piece of photo ID and
the credit card you used for the online purchase. You can
go to any Sunrise store (except those mentioned above). Your
tickets are reserved in the system and will not be printed
until you pick them up. Please note: the person to whom the
credit card belongs must pick up and sign for the tickets
(if you use your Dad's credit card, your Dad must pick up
the tickets).
What forms of payment are accepted at Ticketmaster outlets in Sunrise stores?
Cash and credit card. Ticketmaster outlets do not accept debit
card. Remember, if you are picking up tickets purchased online,
the credit card holder will need the credit card used to make
the purchase (see faq above).
How do I find out when tickets are going on sale?
Listen to the radio
and/or visit the Ticketmaster site.
What is "wristband policy"?
Big shows have wristband policy, meaning
you need to get a wristband at Sunrise, before the first day
of ticket sales to reserve your place in line on the first
day tickets go on sale. To find out what shows are wristband
policy, and to read more about the policy, go to the Ticketmaster
site.
What is "same day wristband policy"?
Some shows are same day
wrist band policy, which means that you get a numbered ticket
that day at least a half an hour before tickets go on sale.
(i.e. be there at no later than 9:30 am for a show which goes
on sale at 10:00 am.)
